John was a huge help! Had a very nice pair of Oliver people x brunello cucinelli glasses that broke. Tried to get the fixed at the store I bought them and they quoted me over 500$ and didn’t even replace the broken part. Took the same glasses to lindberg and they had them fixed within the week for 1/6 of the price. The upper west side needs more businesses like this.

Fantastic experience. Khalid was very professional, friendly and kind. In fact, everyone in this store are some of the most welcoming businesses I have been in NYC in a long, long time. Their service was better than promised from the exam to the fitting. I will definitely recommend Eurooptica! I will be back.
