I came here with a pair of eyeglass frames that my grandmother gave me shortly before she passed away — they are priceless to me. When I explained this and asked a few simple questions to be sure they wouldn’t be misplaced, the manager, Ali, was cold, dismissive, and very unprofessional. She brushed off my concerns and even told me that if I didn’t stop asking questions, she wouldn’t work on my glasses. A couple of minutes after I left, she actually called me to say she refused to do them altogether. As someone who has worked in healthcare for 11+ years, compassion and respect matter deeply — and I left this place feeling hurt, disrespected, and shocked by how poorly I was treated. I would strongly urge others to think carefully before trusting something meaningful here.
