They never listen to patients. I told them I didn't want my 6-month-old baby to receive all the vaccines, and they gave her five at once, including the flu shot, even after I told them I didn't want it and that I would bring her back in two weeks for the rest. Even so, they gave her all the vaccines. This is always the case. Those moms who bring their babies in should research each vaccine beforehand. And they were even going to give her another one, saying my baby qualified, and I told them no, but it's no use; they do whatever they want.

I don’t think they have any receptionist and they probably need to hire some ASAP. This place never picks up their phone. Called them over 10 times just to make a simple appointment. Each time it went straight to voicemail. Left so many voicemails but none of them were returned. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve not been able to make an appointment. Seriously, they need to hire more receptionists for this place because their office CANNOT be THAT busy that they don’t have time to even return phone calls
