Every appointment we’re told to be here 15min early, yet it takes on average 30min past our time to be seen. We’ve had Proof of Vaccine letters delayed for days after they’re needed. Today was the last straw. We made an appointment a week ago for a physical and COVID vaccine for my youngest. When we get there, they tell us they’re not equipped for the vaccine and “apologized for the misinformation given.”

I don't understand how during this whole pandemic yall weren't taking people then as soon as someone gets and appointment you guys want to cancel. Not to mention this is whether you have meds or not. My mother is 65 and hasn't seen a doctor since 2019 its been about almost 2yrs. She suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes. She should be a priority as an elderly she can't go a day w/o meds and its not like you are putting it through since she's been w you guys for yrs, she has to come here for a refill. Make it make sense? This is so ridiculous I'm surprised I haven't cursed yet.
