Im ashamed to have to write this review especially for an establishment that is meant to help the sickly feel and get better. My elderly aunt went in today for her first trial of physical therapy and had a disgusting experience with MD Maria Reyes. She was nasty, short, rude and dismissive. My aunt was directed to lay down by Reyes who then proceeded to tell her after she asked for assistance with sitting up “no, that’s what she’s there for” pointing to her HHA. What? Not only that but was also followed with snarky remarks and 0 bedside manner, as well as disregarding her. My aunt was left feeling uncomfortable after an appointment she was looking forward to, to move further into her health journey. Luckily there were issues with her insurance so she will not return. But BEWARE of Ms Reyes if you have an upcoming appointment. Thank you to the managers of this location who handled the situation with grace. This review was written solely to warn anyone who plans to visit, ESPECIALLY if you have elderly family who can’t advocate for themselves.

I have experienced professional and helpful staff interactions. Would approve of 4 1/2 stars if they were able to provide more privacy, security for personal property safety and less crowded conditions. Initially, The evaluation process could be a bit disheartening because nothing is started prior to health insurance approval. Once your specific therapy begins approved and assigned to work with a certified physical therapist-treatment becomes more progressive. My results were: overall better at taking care of my self. The knee pain was significantly reduced, including pain medication needed. The physical therapist was very knowledgeable. Progress was measured by verifiable instruments; more than “How much pain are you in on a scale of 1-10.” I recommend not missing your appointments so that your improvement/goals can be monitored and adjusted accordingly. I would absolutely recommend this facility.
