The staff was incredibly professional and organized. The most quick and painless blood draw, prioritized patient agency and made sure to answer all questions I had. Also very mindful of gender and pronouns, and didn't need insurance or even ID.

An amazing and very positive experience from the moment I walked into the clinic. This place is spotlessly clean and very efficient at what they do. The friendly staff and the ease with which they take and process your information is what makes the difference. I was in and out in less than an hour. I want to thank Giselle, Suzanne and Dr.Lim for their assistance at each of the steps that they took care of me. The nurses, doctors and other personnel are very polite, friendly and accommodating.
