Grateful to have a place like this to stay, it was safe and there’s a lot of support. My complaints are the rooms are roach infested and the staff have attitude problems it’s very obvious most of them don’t want to be there. Even the supervisor who works in security a heavy set woman with glasses has a lousy attitude. I asked for my mail once and she started making faces at me as if I’m bothering her and I have heard her make smart rude comments under her breathe about the residents . I’m always amazed how people like this are given manager positions, but I try not to let it drive me crazy by ignoring them most of the time, outside of that it’s not a bad place and they help me get a nice apartment for a very good price .

6 traps each looked like this made several reports etc nothing has been done . It’s crazy because most staff our great but helping ppl is something they pick and choose to do it’s not clean infested etc. they choose favoritism
