Family Physical Therapy of New York has been a very practical and positive place for our family. They worked with us to find appointment times that actually fit our schedule, and they really helped us understand the whole insurance and evaluation process, which can be confusing and stressful on its own. The therapists – especially Rami and Naomi – are not only highly professional, they’re also genuinely kind people. They are very attentive to the kids, clearly enjoy working with them, and treat them with patience and respect. The rest of the staff is just as polite and considerate, both with children and parents. The facility itself is clean and pleasant to be in. The gym and rooms are well set up for kids, so it feels more like a place to move and play than a medical office. Scheduling is well organized, communication is clear, and we always feel things are handled properly. Overall, we’re grateful for the care our child gets here and the way this team supports families.

Our family is truly blessed to receive services through Family Physical Therapy! We are super glad about the results that our daughter shows because of taking the therapy classes. Everyone in staff is professional, and can find a way to the child’s heart, whether it your child’s "good day" or "bad day". The therapists are so much attentive, they provide you with feedback on the child’s progress after each and every session. They are also opened to provide some advice, e.g. how to strengthen at home the skills they were working with the child during the session. The owner of the therapy is like a godfather for all the kids who come to the facility.
