I’d called their office and wanted to know if they offered Christian base therapy because online they promote themselves as a Christian counseling office or therapy. The receptionist hung up the phone never called back and I called back twice and my call was forwarded. I don’t know what type of office this is or how it’s a run, but this is completely unacceptable because my question was do you offer Christian base therapy and she said I don’t know let me find out never answer the phone back never called me back. Do not go here. It’s a waste of time.

I was a client receiving family support services with my children through this organization. Their purpose was to help make our visits go smoothly and support our bond. Unfortunately, my experience with the male therapeutic provider supervisor was extremely disappointing and felt discriminatory. During one visit, the supervisor insisted that I sit in a room and talk with him, even though I clearly stated that I was uncomfortable doing so and needed a moment . When I declined, he became upset and terminated my visits completely. Afterward, I filed an official complaint about his behavior — but instead of addressing it professionally, the organization ended my case and wrote a false report about what happened. It felt unfair, retaliatory, and emotionally damaging, especially since the termination only occurred after I spoke up. As a parent working to maintain a positive connection with my children, I expected understanding and fairness, not punishment for setting a boundary. Families deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and honesty. I hope this organization reviews how its supervisors handle complaints and communication so no other parent has to experience the same mistreatment.
