I brought my mother in and they refused to see her because of an unpaid deductible. So she wound up in the emergency room with a life threatening condition called sepsis. This doctor sucks and now my mother can’t walk or speak like normal. Find a better a doctor for your own good

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I arrived an hour late for my appointment, but I had called twice ahead of time to let them know—both times, they left me on hold. When I arrived, all they had to do was simply tell me I needed to reschedule, and I would’ve understood. Instead, “Milo” and the lady at the front desk were extremely disrespectful, making a big deal out of it and acting like they wanted a confrontation. On top of that, they were speaking in another language, making comments about me, which felt even more unprofessional. I wasn’t there to argue—I just wanted to know if I could still be seen or if I needed to come back another day. Their attitude and lack of basic customer service were unacceptable. I was only there for a simple drug test for a job, but after this experience, I’ll never be going back.
