I now give up! After numerous attempts to get someone to see my elderly mother in order to get a refill for her blood pressure medication that was prescribed by a Clare physician last year, I've gotten no closure to resolving the issue. Since she is now out of her medication, I sincerely hope that the inability of Clare to resolve this situation doesn't lead to any serious health issues for her. Please don't suggest calling your office or sending an email as you've suggested to others that have had issue in the past. I've done both and it resulted in no response. I'm shocked that a vulnerable population like seniors can be treated in this manner!

I am a caregiver for my oldest brother & I work full time. I thought, hoped Clare Medical would be a good fit for him and I. Unfortunately not the case. He's been a patient for a few years now and yes it's convenient to have home medical services but it means nothing if it is subpar. I have a few negative issues dealing with Clare medical. The latest is one of his medication requires a prior authorization. I have been calling and speaking with different representatives, who I thought have been sending messages from myself And CVS since 7/18/2024. I made another call two days ago and was told there is no request from pharmacy nor notes that I have called and spoke with various representatives. The last person I spoke with was very rude and condescending and would not let me get a word in edgewise. it is now 8/2/2024 and the issue is not resolved. I have over 25+ years in medical office and I know a poorly ran office. Do Better! next stop is a formal complaint. **** update: Today 8/6/2024 I have called Clare medical several times and ask to speak with a supervisor who can actually help, to no avail! I have spoken with insurance company since the first review no request for a prior authorization has been submitted by Clare,. Insurance company sent in a request for a prior authorization as well, not found? I get a better response due to a review however you leave the main number not an ext.... Not over yet!
