Review is not for the Doctor's but for the scheduling of appointments. Place sucks! Our daughter needs her yearly physical & this place schedules and appointment two weeks later, two weeks? Never heard of your primary care scheduling you for your physical two weeks later. This is even after I explained she needs for some school activities coming up. Place is horrible especially since Dr. Comes left.

I arrived at the office after finishing my work shift, a routine I have followed for the past 15 years at this particular location. However, the day before my scheduled appointment, I was inundated with phone calls requesting me to change my primary care provider. The previous provider, Bina Comes, had retired, yet my appointment had been booked three weeks in advance without any prior notification to make the change. Upon my arrival, I spent 55 minutes on the phone trying to obtain a reference number as I was informed that I could not be seen without it. To add to the inconvenience, my appointment was rescheduled for 2 hours later due to a lack of availability. I am aware that I could have been accommodated and the reference number could have been retrieved by the company. Despite my admiration for the doctor, the service provided by the staff was rather unsatisfactory.
