The worst clinic ever to come There is absolutely no customer care in this location. We are just a check for them. They schedule you an appointment but when you arrive at your spot you’re waiting another hour before being seen. But have the nerve to cancel you appointment if you ten minutes late. Not even considerate for it being kids app. The lack of moral compassion towards patients not customers is disgusting. They show no professional they are not punctual

The patient care is good, but customer service over the phone needs improvement because the lines are busy, and the person answering needs to be quick and efficient in providing information to patients. Doctors should also take the time necessary to answer questions.
