I have visited this place many times, giving them a chance each time, but I’ve had enough. You always have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours to see the doctor. The last time, I was 8 months pregnant, waited for 2 hours, and then a friend of the doctor walked in, asking to be taken out of turn, which upset me a lot. Besides the long wait, you can expect an unfriendly doctor and poor quality work. A year ago, she placed a crown for me, which chipped along with the tooth a month later. The doctor somehow fixed it, but I kept having pain in that tooth. She always said the problem was with the neighboring teeth, but after filling them, the pain didn’t go away. It turned out the issue was with the crown, which was poorly placed, and the canal was improperly sealed, leading to an infection. Now, I need a new crown. Also, Elena never has time for a consultation. You can’t ask her about the condition of your teeth or what she plans to do. Worse, she may judge or even be rude to you. She doesn’t focus on quality but on speed. The only pleasant people there are nurse Yulia and the front desk receptionist—both friendly and kind.
