Worst medical office I've seen in 20 years in Brooklyn. no one is responsible for anything. I was supposed to have a minor operation, but for no reason they decided to reschedule it and do a consultation instead. I don’t understand why. I went through all the test procedures and set a day for surgery. They did not send papers for analysis. I have no words. A complete mess. I do not recommend this Office.

I'm very upset about the surgery doc.Rahman Ilkanizadeh vascular surgery; I had on my lower leg veins. The anesthesia didn't work at all! They did everything "live." I cried so much that he did the second leg a week later, taking his time. He also injected a stent into the first one, but the anesthesia didn't work either. I asked, "What are you injecting me with?" "Did you calculate my weight correctly?" He immediately replied, "Don't come back again, and he won't do the upper leg veins either, because it hurts like everyone else does." I just had to take ibuprofen. He didn't give me any recommendations after the first surgery, no help at all. I had to go to the hospital and get an IV for the pain. I bought compression stockings on Amazon myself, but they didn't fit. After the second surgery, the staff started being fawning and accommodating, bringing me a glass of water. 🤷‍♂️ No one called after the surgery to ask how I was feeling, they just abandoned me and forgot about me. The service is bad, and no one cares.
