You always have to wait a long time, No appointment is set in stone, If you’re looking for a professional practice, it’s not here, Does the doctor use you as a guinea pig? yeah, The only thing positive that I can say, The bathrooms are nice and the seats are comfortable.

I was seen on 11/27, right before my insurance was going to expire. The receptionist wanted to squeeze an initial visit out of my insurance before it ran out. I scheduled a follow up appointment for 12/4 because I knew I was going to renew my insurance the only problem was that apparently it wasn't going to be activated until Jan 1st 2020. The office contacted me to basically tell me they couldn't see me anymore until my insurance started working. The receptionist also had a snarky attitude and followed it with a "how do you expect us to get paid?". I have worked in a medical office before and if they were aware that a patient had a pause in their insurance they would still see them because they understood that life happens and I am sure it was also just a smart business move. You give a little to get a little, especially with a sensitive issue like mental health. This office doesn't care they just want to take. Businesses like this is the reason behind why so many people in America suffer from mental health problems because they're in it for the money. They lack compassion or patience toward people who are suffering everyday with mental health issues but what goes around comes around and you will remember this comment.
