Midwife In The City, Pc

I'm a man that paid for my partners care. I went to every appointment with my partner and was constantly ignored and treated like I wasn't even in the room. I was totally uncomfortable here. When it was time to give Care for my partner's home birth I was never contacted. My partner and myself live separately. We even had discussions on cutting the umbilical cord. Which I never got to do. They seem nice here but all that glitters is not gold. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for robbing me of my daughter's birth.

I have to give Lashawna King her flowers. Supporting a woman through labor is no small task. It’s physically intense, emotionally overwhelming and filled with moments of anxiety and uncertainty. Yet Aunty Shawna brings a calm confident presence that makes the entire experience feel safe and supported. As a man, I’ll never fully understand what it’s like to give birth.. but I do know how important it is to have the right person by your side. Aunty Shawna is more than just a midwife she’s a guide a coach, a comforter, and a true professional. Her gentle voice, deep knowledge and encouraging energy helped create a peaceful and healthy atmosphere for our baby’s arrival today. This is our second time working with her and once again she showed up with grace, strength and care. Watching her in action taught me how to be more supportive for my partner and for that I’m forever grateful. It’s been a long and emotional day but I couldn’t let it end without publicly expressing my appreciation. If you’re looking for a compassionate, experienced and truly gifted midwife I highly recommend Lashawna King. She’s a blessing. She has become apart of our family and I love the work that she is doing. Along with Daisy, they both are phenomenal. If you’re looking for someone that cares and will be there for you then look no further. Love you Aunty Shawna
