Paid specialist co-pay, but never saw a specialist, only a nurse who performed the exam. After 2 weeks, my insurance sent me that they are a non-participating provider and that I'm responsible to pay them over $4,400. On the phone they told me I can just bring the $500 check to cover everything. I never had anything like that.

Horrible service. I made an appointment and they still made me wait for 30mins just to say that you have to pay upfront for what your insurance doesn't cover. Usually you pay after your insurance gives you the paperwork. Such a weird place with horrible unattentive staff.
