This was my second visit to this clinic, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Before my appointment, I emailed the required documents twice and even called ahead to confirm they had been received. However, when I arrived, the receptionist still could not find my files. What frustrated me most was the receptionist’s attitude. She came across as impatient and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She also could not clearly explain the reason for the second bill I was being charged. In addition, when I used my credit card for payment, she questioned me twice about whether the card belonged to me, which made the situation uncomfortable. I understand that verification may sometimes be necessary, but the way it was handled felt inappropriate and lacked professionalism. Overall, this communication and customer service experience need significant improvement.

I have gone here 2 times because it is within a short walking distance from me. I've had some good experience with this office, but unfortunately, I've found the service is not worth the convenience. The front desk has always been someone different on my visits, but all were not welcoming. On my first visit, I had a really compassionate and attentive nurse, but on my second experience, the nurse had no compassion. The wait for urgent care is ridiculous, especially since you are charged more to see a doctor immediately! It seems to be a foundational problem and they really shouldn't offer 15 nor 30 minute time slots because on my last visit, I waited 15 minutes for a room to be available and then an additional 45 minutes to be seen by the provider. I made my appointment the same day in the morning for the the afternoon, and there were many available time slots for different providers that it should not have taken that long to be seen. Additionally, the technology and system is out of date. They have pharmacies that no longer exist in their system and it is ridiculous only the provider can change simple things like resending the prescription or changing the pharmacy which does not change what is actually prescribed. The front desk area is nice, but the back rooms are very lackluster. I had a really understanding representative on the phone who helped me message my provider on my behalf when my pharmacy was not receiving my prescription, and it made me feel even more sympathetic for the inefficient processes that person has to go through on a daily basis.

They scam their customers. Tried to have my husband come back because they “lost his tests” and wanted to charge for another visit. He pushed back and they magically found the tests and said sorry. Now, a few weeks later, they are texting him saying that he owes money for a copay. Which he already paid at his visit. Horrible company- they need to be investigated

I have been here twice (close to home) and every time the experience is just disgusting. The providers are quick and professional, however, the receptionist (literally all of them) are unprofessional, dismissive, rude, and seem to know very little about their role or the company they work for. The place is VERY dingy but somehow shockingly is regarded as a medical facility. I had a receptionist hand me off to someone else who was so insanely unprofessional and nasty I couldn't believe they worked there. She even pretended to be disconnected after I expressed how unprofessional they are. Either there is a lack of management or they simply don't care how their employees present themselves. The service is so awful here that being close to home is irrelevant, it runs more like a front for an urgent care than an actual urgent care.

I’m a Canadian and I was looking for a PCR test to get in a hurry… I went to the street vans that had the Rapids like LaBQ, but their systems went down. My hotel recommended MiDoctor. Let me tell you when I got there the service was fantastic and quick and their turnaround was 24 hours. Also they took me in to their clinical rooms and gave me a quick physical… I was not expecting that, I was really awesome!!! If you want a safe and reliable place to send you results via email, I was very happy with this place, and for all Canadians it was free!!!!
