I made an appointment for a regular eye exam and today was the first time visiting this facility. The doctor and the entire staffs were extremely cordial and attentive. I've been to other larger facilities where the service is a lot more rush and less personable which made my experience at Creston Optical a lot more enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this facility.

Making an appointment is easy and picking up contacts is convenient. The frame selection was a bit limited in my opinion. I was unable to keep my first appointment because my insurance coverage got delayed, but they were understanding and gave me a few pairs of contacts to hold me over - super happy with the service. If they’re closed on a certain day, you can still pickup contacts/frames from the doorman if you request in advance.
