I had an outstanding experience with Dr Roberts! He is kind, compassionate and obviously cares about you as his patient. His bedside manner exceptional, he took the time to listen, explain everything clearly and answered all questions; never rushed. He is a talented surgeon that I felt very grateful to have him in my corner! The outcome of my procedure exceeded my expectations and I am out of pain for the first time in 2 years. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will be forever grateful to him and his wonderful team, everyone was professional and kind! Thank you!!!

Dr Roberts has the worst bedside manner. He basically examined my foot (which turned out to have been a fracture) as if it was not a big deal and I wanted an MRI to make sure it was not fractured! As the xray was not enough. My MRI kept getting denied , 1 month later… still denied and it was because of the way he inputted my script. I immediately saw someone else and my MRI went through right away and had the best care at NYU. They actually made me feel like I was not just another number and Roberts really doesn’t care unless its a huge surgery or you’re an important athlete.
