I just received a knee arthroscopy at this center today in the morning. All the staff was very friendly and did a great job at calming down my nerves. I had three nurses help me out. All of them were wonderful. Janice and Michelle were mainly around in the end and they were constantly making sure I was comfortable before I went in for surgery . Overall a very friendly, clean and safe environment I highly recommend !

so my complaint is more with the insurance verification process and what i was told i would owe ( the medical assistants and the anesthesiologist are amazing). Before surgery i asked on multiple occasions both to my doctors office and when i called the surgery center what my responsibility was they advised me that if my provider didn't charge me anything that they would not charge me the day of the surgery. They also told me that the only person that may be out of network was the anesthesiologist which i was ok with paying. This week i just received my Insurance health statement which states they were never in network and that i owe the surgery center $110,457.33 for a 2 hour surgery . Moral of the story always check with the insurance company and do go by what they tell you.
