I had a truly wonderful experience visiting MHHC Brooklyn. From the warm and welcoming security staff to the knowledgeable gentleman at reception, and Nurse Pinky who was so friendly and caring, everyone made me feel at ease. Special thanks to Nadine Jeune, NP, for taking the time to explain everything clearly before and during my visit. You mean what you say on your card "The Caring Place Where the patient is at the center of everything we do". I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. I recently saw Dr. Ugokwe for a GYN appointment. Although the wait for her was a bit long, it was worth it. I felt safe and enjoyed connecting with her. Everyone I met, from the front desk, to the nurse, to the woman doing blood work in the lab were kind and great at their jobs! I deeply appreciated their energy and am grateful I found a center full of POC. Looking forward to my next appointment. (Also the women’s health floor has beautiful art and I appreciate the care and effort that went into making the space what it is.)
