On October 18th, I had a pain management appointment scheduled at 12:00 p.m. The day before, I explained that I couldn’t attend because the person who takes care of my 4-month-old baby was sick, but the staff insisted several times that I had to come anyway. With great effort, I arrived at 1:00 p.m. with my baby, who cried nonstop. I had to step out of the room multiple times, even wait in the car for one hour and 40 minutes, and in the end, the doctor refused to see me. A rehabilitation and therapy center should show more humanity and empathy toward people with its patients. The treatment I received was indifferent, shameful, and disappointing.
