Had a very productive visit with Dr. Kaminetsky. He was thorough, informative, and gave me excellent advice. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a doctor who knows his stuff.

I had a terrible experience at this practice. Upon arrival I was not greeted and instead was told by an unfriendly desk woman to check-in in a tablet that was rudely passed on to me. While checking in, you are asked to provide irrelevant personal information that is not needed in order to be provided care and you cannot skip it. When I asked the front desk woman for the office manager, the office manager stated that either I could provide the "irrelevant" information to them or leave. So I was basically "forced" to give them the information if I wanted to see the doctor. I was in pain and concerned about my situation, so I decided to provide it to them. After waiting for an hour after my appointment time, I was finally called by a male nurse who couldn't communicate properly in English and asked me more than three times what were the medications I had listed in my chart since he didn't know them. The unfriendly front and office staff, the unnecessary personal information asked, the horrendous and inefficient check-in process and the lack of experience and proper language communication skills from the nurse I interacted with made take the decision to simply leave the office at the end and not see the doctor. As for doctor Berman, I heard great things about him and it's a shame I didn't get to see him and cannot comment on my experience with him, but wish his good bedside manner and experience with patients - as described by other reviews here - could permeate to the rest of the staff in the practice.
