The worst home care agency I ever had the unfortunate opportunity of encountering! Their staff is usually late and unapologetic. Not helpful and the coordinator doesn't even talk to you to hear your complaints. They clocked in their staff so when no one shows up to help you their probably still getting paid so why should they care if you get a rash while waiting for your services that hardly ever showed up. I unfortunately need to continue to have services but I would never go back to this agency. I wouldn't recommend this service to a gutter rat. You should be worried and afraid if you get coupled with this agency I know I was!
