A waste of time. I went in on June 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. They called me back within five minutes of completing the paperwork, so I initially thought this place was a great and was ready to recommend it to friends and family. Once I got into the room, Dr.Sears came in with what appeared to be his secretary. He looked inside my mouth, said I would need to see a surgeon for a back tooth, and cleaning then left. The entire visit lasted about five minutes. After he left, the assistant told me that the hygienist was not in because she had called out she had a doctor's appointment, so they could not do my cleaning that day. I asked about the pain I was having, and she asked whether I had told the doctor. I explained that he had only been in the room for a few minutes before leaving. At that point, I wondered why I had come in at all. If the hygienist wasn't available for a routine cleaning, why schedule the appointment in the first place just to take X-rays? I tried to reschedule and asked for June 23, but they said the hygienist wont be avaliable that day. I then requested June 24. Overall, this visit was a waste of my time. I plan to have my X-rays transferred elsewhere—somewhere that is better organized and more willing to provide the care patients are expecting when they make an appointment. The weird thing is that someone said the hygienist is there today

Worst experience ever. I called in advance and explicitly explained that my permanent retainer was loose and needed to be re-cemented. The receptionist assured me that they could handle it and told me to come in. However, after making the trip and wasting my valuable time, they turned me away at the front desk without even letting a doctor look at my teeth, claiming I "must go to an orthodontist." A quick Google search clearly shows that a simple permanent retainer re-cementation is a standard procedure that general dentists do all the time. In fact, I went to another general dentist right after, and they fixed it for me with absolutely no issues. Booking an appointment just to turn a patient away at the door due to sheer incompetence and laziness is incredibly unprofessional. Avoid this place.
