The best anesthesiologist I ever experienced, THANK YOU! I've had 7 surgeries and this was the first time it went perfect on my end. Did not feel a thing and woke up feeling good not nauseous or foggy.

This was a contracted service for a procedure in February. They were prompt to contact me and collect payment even stating that they would cancel the procedure if prepayment was not collected. Billed me instantly. After the procedure they attempted to collect even more money and threatened on multiple occasions to send me to collections if I did not pay. After contacting the billing company, it turns out they they overbilled and actually owe me a refund. After over a half dozen calls and after speaking to multiple agents, the best they can do is refund the money in 6 months because that is "their policy." Would strongly recommend finding any other service that doesn't try to swindle money from patients and has a process that doesn't consume hours of your life trying to get billing accuracy.
