I live in this community and because of the excellent treatment that I have received when I've been sick, I chose to select Dr Mestre as my primary doctor. From the moment I walk in I instantly notice that the physical environment is always clean. The security guard opens and holds the door for me (I walk with difficulty) and the staff at the reception area politely ask if I have an appointment, with who, etc. they verify/update on their computers, as they continue to register me. The wait time is always reasonable. When I enter Dr. Mestre's office, she always asks pertinent questions, she is aware of my visits with specialty doctors, and she explains everything in terms that I understand. She is patient, understanding and empathetic. I leave there with a clear understanding of my treatment. She also sends any necessary prescriptions to the pharmacy immediately. I would not change Dr. Mestre for another primary. I am always pleased with my medical visits.
