Zero stars. 800$ for nasal spray Extremely unhappy with this visit and the billing practices. My wife came in for the sniffles, and left with nothing more than a nasal spray. Despite being insured and in network, we were hit with an $831 bill. At no point during the visit was it explained that a nasal endoscopy would be performed, nor that it would be classified as surgery for billing purposes. There was no discussion of cost, no warning that this routine and very brief procedure would trigger a large deductible charge. Had we been informed beforehand, we would have decline. Patients should not be surprised with hundreds of dollars in charges for procedures that were never clearly explained or financially disclosed.

I've seen 2 doctors here, Peter McCann and Joseph Finley. They are both great at their job. The staff is atrocious. Every single time, they will have 1 hour+ delays. They schedule appointments within 15 minutes of one another, which is impossible to take on time. They once forgot me in an exam room for 40 minutes before taking me to the doctor. I hate this office and I would rather die than come back here again. It's a real shame because the doctors are talented, especially Peter McCann, he is one of the best ulnar nerve specialists in the city. I am writing this waiting for my last appointment here; I arrived 1 hour early, but I will be seen 1 hour late instead. I feel like the devil is testing me in the desert during Lent.
