Fantastic place to get your body back in good health. I've been going here for over two years now due to an auto accident and they have treated me extremely well. The facility is clean, modern, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Getting an appointment to see any of their amazing discounts is very easy, as they are highly flexible and have office hours that should easily accommodate your needs. The on-site gym is another highlight of this establishment, as it has all the equipment needed to help you reach your recovery goals. They have doctors of all kinds that work here, and if what you need is not in house, they will coordinate your care with one of their trusted partners. Look no further, this place is the best and has it all!

I have been a patient at this clinic for approximately six months and have not received proper medical treatment during that time. Despite being prescribed medication, I have not received the medication that was ordered for me. When I raised concerns about being in pain and not receiving the prescribed treatment, I was met with an inappropriate and racially antagonizing comment from a member of the staff. This response was extremely troubling and made me feel dismissed and disrespected as a patient. Additionally, when I asked to speak with the neurologist I previously saw at this location, the staff refused to provide proper contact information. I was only given the doctor’s name and told to find him on my own. As a result, I had to search online to locate the physician’s office in Manhattan because the clinic would not provide this information. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel that the staff has shown little concern for my medical condition or well-being. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to address both the lack of medical treatment and the conduct of the staff involved.
