I had such a wonderful experience at NYP Medical Group Westchester. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and efficient. I actually arrived early, and to my surprise, they saw me early and I was out quickly, which I really appreciated. The valet parking was top notch and made the entire experience even more convenient from the start. The office itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Dr. Lim was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, gentle, and incredibly patient throughout the entire visit. She made me feel completely at ease and comfortable, which means a lot, especially during appointments that can feel a bit nerve-wracking. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend NYP Medical Group Westchester and Dr. Lim to anyone looking for quality care with a personal touch.
