Reception staff is so rude. I am access a ride driver and frequently visit there to drop my passengers. Today went inside and I ask her to use restroom and she was so rude and didn’t let me use restroom.

Strongly advise that you get elsewhere staff is rude wait time is ridiculous people have other things to do the staff fails to realize they enlisted the rest of us got drafted there’s no respect for peoples personal time. Or individuals with disabilities who should not be made to wait!!!! Go elsewhere they havw the audicity not provide clinic notes after the 5 but they have zero problem keeping you there until after 5 because they have a "new provider" in the mean time their "provider" is just a nurse practioner not even a real doctor!!!! Then she has the nerve to say i can do all the same functions or i can "refer you" like NO i want a Real Doctor!
