The Brooklyn location I have been dealing with has got to be the worst. This is the absolutely worst agency I have dealt with. My son’s doctor has been gone for 3 months and my son has not seen another doctor yet and now I am told he has to wait another month to see a doctor. In the meantime, he was given 2 appointments and the doctor was a no show. Now I am told today that they just got a new doctor, so why did you schedule 2 appointments for him knowing you don’t have a doctor. Then he was scheduled an in-person appointment, spent over an hour and a half on the trains with my son only to get there and was told, there is no doctor in office. The supervisor I spoke with today, was so condescending that I had to hang up the phone. The is unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated this way, not because your clients are special needs that you need to treat them with disregard and disrespect. Shame on this agency that takes insurance companies money but provides substandard service. I hope others have a better experience because there are more negative experiences that I did not write about. Be careful and think twice before going to Metro Community Health in Brooklyn on Livingston street.
