Metro Community Health Center Bronx

My Name is Latrell. I am a RN. I have a lot of my individuals that recieve care at Metro. The best Dr. Is Dr. Nichols. So caring, professional and consistent. She knows each one of her clients. The psych department is very good. Dental and podiatry as well. Neurology is the worst. My client medications can hardly be refilled on time. Her appointment was abruptly changed and needs her meds so she wont have a break through seizure. I've tried to get the nursing department to no avail. This is very serious issue. Do not go there for neurology..

I've been a patient here for one 5yrs and while I have had a few different psychiatrist and that's because things happen but it was always because they were leaving or retirement was calling lol lol lol..Now I have Dr. Kim and she is the BEST as we're a few others I had like Dr.Thakker and Ms.Dingle.. All the staff there are so nice and yes for a little while they had an issue with their phones and you were on hold for awhile sometimes but they had the problem fixed. I Thank them all for making my mental health issues easier to deal with.. THANK YOU Jessica Conti
