HARSH PATEL
I don’t even know where to begin. I booked this appointment one month in advance, uploaded every single document they requested, and had my referral letter reviewed and approved. I did everything right on my end. So imagine my absolute disbelief when I show up to the office — after taking time out of my day, traveling here, and waiting — only to be told my insurance isn’t accepted. Not a phone call. Not an email. Not a single heads-up in the 30 days between booking and my appointment. Nothing. This office had a full month to review my information and flag an issue. Instead, they let me walk through the door just to turn me away. That’s not a mistake — that’s negligence and a complete disregard for patients’ time. The incompetence here is staggering. If your staff can’t perform the basic administrative task of verifying insurance before the appointment — especially when all documents were submitted weeks ahead — then you have no business operating a medical practice. Do yourself a favor and find literally any other doctor. This place will waste your time, stress you out, and feel zero remorse about it. Hard pass.
