Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Suffolk At Hauppauge

Been going to MSKCC since 2016, my original dermatologist in NYC left, and they told me I have to come to this location. Well this location is beyond overbooked and puts patients health at risk. Doctor asked to see me again in January, front desk said next appointment is May…. How can that be?

I’m a current patient and had excellent experience UNTIL I tried to call the Hauppauge office to reschedule my appointment. There is NO direct number into the office. I called the 212 # and was redirected to someone.. 10 min after waiting the call dropped. I called in two more time speaking with a MAIN office representative- they transferred me over, but gave me a direct # just in case. 15 minutes on hold and nothing. Called the direct # and was got the previous main # representative.. like WOW.
