Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

This place is a nightmare. Staff is caring and competent, but the facility it horribly managed. Patients lined up on gurneys in the hallways because treatment areas aren’t available. Staff are doing procedures in the waiting rooms. Bathrooms aren’t cleaned. Trash cans are overflowing. Patients are in the urgent care for 72 hours or longer because beds aren’t available in the hospital. Patients who are contagious and are supposed to be in isolation use the same bathrooms as other patients, putting everyone at risk for infection. Memorial Sloan Kettering should be ashamed of themselves.

I am extremely disappointed at the service. I brought my dad here thinking he will get care fast but no I was very wrong. There is no one to speak with. And if you ask a nurse they brush it off and say we are very busy. We are not here for a picnic if you are busy then get more staff to work. You clearly are under staff. If i had gone to other hospital may be we could have received the care fast
