This training center is one of the most professional organizations I have had the pleasure of working with. Billy McDonald is an exceptional resource extremely knowledgeable in emergency medicine and CPR training. He is also highly responsive and consistently prompt in returning messages, calls, and emails. I am very pleased to work with this team and truly appreciate the dedication and hard work they put into their training programs. I was trained and have been refreshing as an EMT with SIEMT since 1985 and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The instructors are top-notch and more than adequately prepare you for the practicals and state exams. They have also trained me as a CPR instructor, and are always extremely helpful when I need them while teaching my classes.
