Came in a few weeks ago and was upset with the provider I saw, but Nicolette went above and beyond to help me. She really listened, reassured me, and got me scheduled with the doctor. Her attitude and care made the whole experience so much better. In the end, I’m really happy with everything and would recommend this office to family and friends

I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years. As a federal employee, policy is inconsistent, extremely demanding, and provides unrealistic timeframes. That is easiest way to frame it. Nicolette, who handles medical record related inquiries, has been an absolute gem and asset to the office. She has been efficient when any documents are needed to be completed or any insurance related issues, scheduling, just to name a few. She has worked with and adapted with frequent changes throughout the years for medical forms for my employer. Nicolette has been more than accommodating, compassionate and professional each and every encounter. In most instances patients normally interact more with the doctors staff/office. It's such a relief when you can work with a staff member that values the importance of your health and well-being.I can not express how much I appreciate Nicolette and Dr. Elfiky for their attentiveness, understanding and how much they have prioritize my medical needs. Despite Dr. Elfiky working between offices he has always promptly responded to Nicolette, in a timely manner. I appreciate the communication, kindness and willingness Nicolette has shown to always assist and by displaying the well-being of patient care at the for front.
