I love this doctor office, I take my grandma here and the staff is always so kind, but the wait times here are absolutely horrible. You will always wait minimum 1 hour before seeing the doctor even though you arrive on time, so if you have an appointment here, make sure to open your schedule and keep it free for minimum 2 hours from your appointment time. Otherwise, the doctors here are always so kind and they never disregard any issue you have, they don’t make you feel like you’re begging to be heard or taken seriously. Can’t make it to an appointment? They’re always flexible which is great. They’re very professional and very well educated, and I appreciate them for treating my grandma with such great care, I just wish they would fix the wait times
