The front desk staff at this office is top notch. They are so courteous and kind. This is important in your experience with a medical facility. They are great.

I needed a new primary care physician since mine of 15 years retired. Dr. Hirschfeld is so close and easy to schedule appointments. He isn't like all the others that rush you through a 10 minute appointment. That being said, there was only 1 time where my wait was a bit longer than expected, but unlike other offices, the waiting room wasn't packed with 15 people because of overbooking. He is warm and friendly, listens, and has good suggestions and advice. The Nurse Practitioner is very nice and listens as well. From my experience, the entire staff is really good. Fingers crossed that Dr. Hirschfeld doesn't retire any time soon.
