I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for Diana Torres because she truly deserves the recognition. I came in really nervous for my Pap smear, and she made the entire experience so much more comfortable than I expected. From the moment she walked in, she was warm, patient, and very respectful. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and even shared information about my health that no one had taken the time to tell me before. What really stood out to me was how she kept me distracted and calm during the exam it made such a difference. It was over so quick and painless. She was also very gentle and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. On top of that, she took the time to teach me how to properly check my breasts and gave me advice that I’ll actually carry with me moving forward. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. Also just to note this review is posted from an alias account because I prefer not to use my real name on Google, but I genuinely wanted to make sure she gets the credit she deserves. I left feeling informed, respected, and honestly grateful. I will definitely be going back to her and really appreciate that she made it clear I could always reach out if I had questions.
