My first time visiting the office it’s clean and beautiful. The receptionist was cordial and friendly. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in. I really needed the care that was given to me. I was just impressed by the doctors Who understood my condition as I related it to them. By The time they were finished with the adjustments, I could feel the difference. I’m looking forward to my next visit on Friday.

I do not recommend this practice at all. I had a 10am appointment, and when I arrived the doors were locked. The chiropractor let me in and handed me a "wellness plan" form to fill out, stating that I was signing up for a 3 month plan for $90 a month, which, if I cancelled, I would still be responsible for the payment each month. Ten minutes later the receptionist arrived and I declined the wellness plan, and asked if I needed to fill anything else out. She said no. I waited another fifteen minutes and asked again, she took my ID, but said nothing else. I waited 45 minutes, another client was seen before me, and when I asked a third time if there was anything I needed to do to see the doctor, she told me that I should've been filling out the client intake forms this whole time and that "they were waiting on me." Finally I saw the chiropractor, who seemed bored and annoyed with me. She didn't have me take off my shoes, she told me to tell her if I felt any pain and when I did, she responded "Well, can you just handle it? It'll only last a few mins." ????? You asked me?? to tell you?? If I had pain??? She couldn't crack my neck or my back. I felt mildly worse after my treatment than I did going in, and at the end of it she told me. "I'm sorry if you didn't like this treatment. This is how I do it and there's other doctors on staff that will do it differently if you want that." She then told me to come back on Friday and Saturday for follow up treatments (this was a Thursday.) This was a complete waste of money and time, and was the kind of experience that explains why chiropractors have a bad rep.
