While waiting, one of the receptionists was singing quite loudly, which was a bit distracting, but overall it didn’t take away from the positive experience. The waiting area is spacious with plenty of seating, and the water dispenser is well-maintained. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the clinic, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The doctor was professional, attentive, and the appointment went smoothly. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this clinic to others.

I confirmed my insurance coverage with the clinic at the time of booking. However, when I showed up for my appointment two weeks later, the front desk told me they were out-of-network and tried to charge me an exorbitant fee. I couldn't afford it, so I had to leave without being seen. Now, I’m stuck without my chronic medication. It’s incredibly unprofessional to mismanage insurance verification like this. It shows a complete lack of respect for patient well-being. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
