This was my first visit to this office. My physical therapist referred me and I’ll be honest, I get hesitant about not being able to choose my own providers, but this turned out amazing! Dr. McCulloch was very personable, patient and thorough in explaining what I was experiencing. He managed to ensure I had practical exercises I could do at home to remedy my situation. He asked about me and my pain which told me that he genuinely cared about who I was a person and a patient. While I’m grateful I won’t need continued ortho intervention, I’m sad I don’t encounter more doctors like this. I’d feel comfortable sending a loved one of any age to him. Even the receptionist at the check out window was super personable as well as the front desk staff. Parking can be tricky, but it’s NY, so plan accordingly. I parked at a meter and I was fine.
