I had a frustrating experience at this office, minimal communication , disappointed with receptionist behavior. hope management takes steps to improve patient interactions

I came to this office with my husband, he sees doctor Ghumman, the doctor seems good, the office not so much. My husband saw two different persons on his first visit before he saw the doctor each time he gives a detailed explanation of what was happening and still when he went in to see the doctor he had to explain everything again to the doctor when the assistant doctor who collected the information was right there in the room, the doctor continuously speaks to his colleagues in their own language and then looks at us and expects us to understand what they are saying, for a regular follow up visit with an appointment you still have to wait a hour and a half to see the doctor, the wait time is ridiculous, the office/waiting area smells really bad, and the staff at the front desk is very rude, this is our third or fourth visit here since we wanted to give the overall experience a fair chance but we will seek a doctor elsewhere.
