Worst and most patronizing experience I ever had at a glasses shop. Very disappointed. Between insurance and out of pocket, I paid around $600 for a pair of progressive lenses. Something was wrong with them from the start - flat, level surfaces appeared crooked and the floor appeared much closer than reality. The eye doctor was super nice and checked my prescription again to confirm that she got it right and she did, so they did change my lenses in an effort to fix the issue- they said the lenses might have been too thin. That took a couple of weeks and then I was told to let my brain adjust for a few weeks. I did that and I still had major vision issues and went in and the owner checked the lenses again with a machine and said they appeared fine and to just give my brain more time to get used to them. After all that I went back today hoping to get the issue resolved and was told there’s nothing they can do and that I should wait until my insurance renewal to get new ones… Bottom line, nice doctor, but this establishment does not fully stand behind their product. I spent hours trying to deal with this issue and made 5-6 visits and was sent away with defective glasses and I’m very dissatisfied. They said that the insurance company makes the lenses ( which is false) and that it’s there issue ( which is false). The tried to pin this on the insurance company instead of taking responsibility. Great place to get an eye exam or contacts but do not buy glasses from here.
