Dr. Kaplan has been Bruno's dentist since he was a baby, and now, at 11 years old, he still looks forward to seeing her. That alone speaks volumes about the incredible care she provides. Dr. Kaplan is kind, attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes both children and parents feel comfortable and confident. Over the years, she has consistently provided outstanding care, and we are truly grateful to have her as Bruno's dentist. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff has been the complete opposite. They are often unwelcoming, unhelpful, and come across as rude and dismissive. Simple interactions can feel unpleasant due to their attitude and lack of professionalism. It is disappointing because the level of customer service at the front desk does not reflect the exceptional quality of care provided by Dr. Kaplan. To be completely honest, the only reason we have remained with this practice for so many years is Dr. Kaplan. She is an extraordinary dentist and an even more extraordinary person. Her dedication, compassion, and professionalism are the reason families like ours continue to return year after year.
