This clinic sucks. The doctors are never there to see patients in the adult clinic. They add you for televisit and they never call you. They never answer their phones voice mails stay full. The nurse is never available for help or questions in the adult clinic. The adult clinic needs a new process of doing things you wait for hours to see a doctor for a 5min visit. I went to the office 3 days in a row for rx refills I saw a nurse, a resident and spoke with the office manager and I still have no new RX. But a test was ordered that I didnt ask for. They been sending me the same letter for weeks for my results when I already have them. There is no continuity of care. Everytime I go there a patient is complaining about the doctors covering. Dr Vaddigiri is a excellent dr just wish she had a private practice. The Gyn clinic is excellent. The adult clinic sucks.

Today will be my family's last day at this place. Took my daughter in as a walk-in to see the doctor this morning, there arw no doctors. The man behind the desk was very rude, most likely because he's Hispanic and I'm black. I jabe tried for years to be humble and neighborhood friendly, but this place has a lot of badly trained people, bad service and unfortunately a few doctors and nurses that should be working somewhere else because they are to good for this place. We're going back to Montefiore. Should have never left them in the first place.
